What do I do if I’m dissatisfied with the delivered finished product/service of my helper?
Feel free to refund your payment, but requests have to be sent within 30 calendar days after you received your product. Please send us an email containing your order number and complaints/feedback at email@example.com.
Your request for a refund will be under investigation by thenerdify.com for three to five business days. Take note that the Company’s virtual money/currency balance is non-refundable. We can also allocate your task to another helper within 24 hours — 100% free! We can also refund your payment to your account/credit card.
Refund of your subscription plan
You can request a refund for the subscription fee charged from your card within 30 days from the date of the latest payment. The refund can be initiated only in case you did not use your bonus added in terms of your subscription plan within the paid billing period from the date of the latest payment. In this case, your refund request will be processed within 24 hours and your credit card will be refunded within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that the bonuses added to your account and extra features included in your subscription plan are non-refundable and will be canceled on the date of the refund issued.
